Dye-sublimation is a process where ink is heat-pressed into the polyester fibers at a molecular level. Unlike screen printing or vinyl, the design becomes part of the fabric. This means your logo will never crack, peel, or fade even when exposed to harsh chemicals like bleach or degreasers.
For new custom designs, artwork takes 3-5 business days, and production takes 3-4 weeks. For repeat clients using existing artwork, we typically ship in 2 weeks or less.
Yes. We use a high-grade 100% polyester fabric specifically chosen for its resistance to the surfactants and bleach commonly used in pressure washing and soft washing. The fabric maintains its structural integrity and color even after heavy exposure.
Our standard minimum for new custom designs is 12 units. This allows us to keep our design and setup costs efficient while providing high-quality custom work for your team.
