Welcome to Prochem Workwear. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. GENERAL
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.
- We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any changes.
2. CUSTOM ORDERS
- All products are custom-printed based on the artwork, logos, or text you provide.
- You are responsible for ensuring all artwork is correct, high-quality, and free from errors before submitting your order.
- We do not make changes to artwork unless requested and approved in writing.
- Colours may vary slightly between digital mockups and final printed garments due to screen differences, fabric type, and print method.
3. ARTWORK & COPYRIGHT
- By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to use it or have permission from the copyright holder.
- We accept no responsibility for copyright infringement caused by artwork supplied by the customer.
- We may refuse to print artwork that is offensive, illegal, or violates intellectual property rights.
4. ORDER APPROVAL
- Orders are printed exactly as approved by you.
- Once artwork or mockups are approved, changes cannot be made.
- It is your responsibility to check spelling, colours, placement, and sizing before approval.
5. PRODUCTION TIME
- Production times vary depending on order size and workload. Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout or via email.
- Production begins only after payment is received and artwork is approved.
- Delays caused by late approvals, incorrect artwork, or incomplete information are not our responsibility.
6. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in AUD and include/exclude GST as stated.
- Payment must be made in full before production begins.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Shipping costs are free.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
- Once items are shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. (Insurance options may be available at checkout.)
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Because all items are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
- Artwork errors approved by the customer
We will replace or refund items only if:
- The product is faulty
- The print is significantly different from the approved artwork
- You received the wrong item
Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.
9. SIZING
- Size charts are provided for all garments.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check measurements before ordering.
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for sizing issues.
10. COLOUR VARIATIONS
- Due to fabric differences, print methods, and screen displays, slight colour variations are normal and not considered a fault.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
12. PRIVACY
- We collect and store customer information only for order processing and communication.
- We do not sell or share your information with third parties except for shipping providers and payment processors.

13. GOVERNING LAW
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
- Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
